Year Two at the Wedding Expo: A Celebration of Style, Connection & Inspiration

Our second year at the New York Bridal & Wedding Expo was nothing short of amazing—and we’re still glowing from the experience. From reconnecting with familiar faces to meeting so many new couples and fellow creatives, the energy in the room was inspiring. It was truly a joy to share our passion for event design and connect with potential clients who are dreaming up their perfect celebrations.

This year, we wanted our booth to tell a broader design story. While balloons are a signature part of what we do, we also wanted to spotlight options for clients who prefer a softer, more minimal look—or simply want less balloons while still making a big impact. To do that, we showcased three distinct backdrops, each with its own personality and purpose.

Bridal / Wedding Shower

Our Bridal/Wedding Shower backdrop was a romantic favorite. It featured a lush grass wall adorned with flowers and accented by pink, lavender, and chrome balloons. A matching chair completed the look, creating the perfect photo-ready moment for bridal showers, engagement parties, or wedding-day lounges. This setup blended classic romance with a playful, celebratory touch.

Something Blue

Designed with intimate ceremonies in mind, Something Blue offered a refined and elegant aesthetic. This backdrop showcased a Chiara wall paired with crème, white, and soft blue florals. It was a beautiful example of how subtle color and clean lines can create a timeless look—perfect for vow renewals, micro-weddings, or ceremony focal points.

Boho Beige Bliss

For lovers of neutral tones and effortless elegance, Boho Beige Bliss stole hearts. Featuring flowing beige drapes accented with delicately stringed pearls, this backdrop embodied warmth, texture, and understated luxury. It’s an ideal choice for boho-inspired weddings, modern showers, or any event seeking a calm, elevated vibe.

Looking Ahead

Participating in the Wedding Expo for the second year reaffirmed why we love what we do.
